By tackling one section at a time, you’ll enhance your performance and avoid feeling overwhelmed.

4. Communicate with your teammates

Communicating in a full out helps you get pumped up but also helps you breathe while in a full out. Saying the counts or just cheering your fellow teammates on makes a huge difference in your performance.

Preparing yourself mentally and physically before a full out can make a world of difference in your overall attitude and performance. Here are a few things you can do to pump yourself up:

  • Gather your team for a huddle or chant to create a sense of unity

  • Do fun dances to get in the right mindset
  • Play a song that excites and motivates you
